EY Business Game Competition Ed. 2013

"EY Business Game 2013" was a Business Game Competition for students of Economics from four Italian universities: Bocconi University, The University of Milano-Bicocca, Luiss Guido Carli University and University of Rome Tor Vergata.

The aim of the Competition was to stimulate creativity, to encourage, and to give real training opportunities to young talented students.

The first 400 classified at Skillgame (100 students from each university) participated in the Start up Business Game event, held in the classrooms of the four universities: at the end of the Start up Business Game events, the third and final phase of Contest Ideas was held, during which in a clear and effective way (through the methodology of the elevator pitch) each team presented the synthesis of an idea / project in social networking and IT services.

On June 18, at the EY headquarters in Milan, the final phase of EY Business Game 2013 was held. During the Contest Ideas phase, the first two winning teams of each Business Game (in total 8 teams) were asked to present the synthesis of an idea / project in social networking and IT services in a clear and effective way.

The jury, made up of Marcello Albergoni (Country Manager Linkedin Italy), Luca Colombo (Country Manager Facebook Italy), Gabriele Grignaffini (Partner Ernst & Young), Andrea Guerzoni (Partner Ernst & Young), Paolo Lobetti Bodoni (Partner Ernst & Young), Matteo Moretti (CEO Lynx SpA) e Gianluca Vettura (HR Regional Director Southern Europe, Vodafone), the winning team, which was the Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome, was awarded an internship of three months in EY at the headquarters in Milan and a three-day in Company Training at Ernst & Young in Madrid.
